Every therapist on Kueer holds a valid provincial license, completes LGBTQ+-affirming training, and signs our code of conduct before being listed.
Donor & Recipient Privacy
Donors and recipients are never linked by name. Session reference codes enable tracking without exposing personal identity.
Impact Reporting
We publicly report sessions funded, therapists active, and users on the waitlist. No vanity metrics - only numbers that matter.

How are donations used?
100% of session-specific donations go directly to covering the therapist's professional fee. Platform costs are covered through a small commission from therapists on sessions they accept through Kueer.
How are therapists vetted?
Every therapist must hold a valid provincial license in good standing, complete an LGBTQ+-affirming training module, and agree to our code of conduct before being listed.
Is Kueer a registered charity?
Kueer operates as an independent mission-driven platform. It is not yet a CRA registered charity. All funding model information is disclosed publicly on this page.
