We collect only the information needed to review a campaign or understand an expression of interest. Campaign proposals and applications are private unless we separately obtain permission to publish selected campaign information after review.
Depending on the form, we may store your name or display name, email, proposal or organization details, selected interests, language, consent, and review status. Do not submit health details, sensitive identity information, patient data, bank details, or private documents.
We use submissions to review proposals, evaluate partnership interest, prevent abuse, and contact you about the request you made. We do not show pending applications in public directories.
We retain submissions only as needed to review and administer the initiative, respond to requests, and meet applicable obligations. Contact us to withdraw your interest or request access or deletion.
We do not publish your email or private application. Public campaign details and financial updates are reviewed separately. Do not include personal information in content intended for publication.
We use server-side validation and access controls. No online service can promise absolute security; contact us promptly if you have a privacy concern.
